Opening of the Caves via bike

This year we enjoyed the opening of the Wine caves by bike. We enjoyed tasting the wine at the different vineyards around Geneva that opened their doors for this lovely occasion. There was about 10 of us that biked and tasted our way around the country side. Next year, I am going to rent an electric bike to get up those steep slopes!

Guinness is a dry stout that began in St. James Gate by Arthur Guinness. I was very tired so had lots!

They keep the Guinness Yeast strains in a vault so that future beers will be made for the initial taste.
