Zurich

We visited Zurich after New Years by train. I really enjoyed the large old town which stretches across both sides of the river. Although I found it much colder than Geneva it did seem to have more of a street life.  Our stay was for the weekend and although the language is German, English is spoken very clearly.

Zurich had some very famous residents like Vladimir Lenin, James Joyce but most importantly Albert Einstein. This is where he went school and taught.

Unfortunately we ended up on the worst Bus tour around Zurich. The tour guide was not very fluent in English on our English tour.

I am looking forward to checking out the city again in the summer!

OK, OK I know I am bad....

It has been awhile since I have posted, it is not because we are boring and hermits but because I am very busy with work. However, I am now going to try my best to make time to update the blog. So I am going to post pictures from our trip to Zurich with Jades parents and random skiing pictures from the Swiss and French Alps.
