Tonight we are hosting a dinner party Potlatch style. There are 4 couples coming for a great feast! The Italians are bringing pasta, homemade sauce, antipasto, desert and wine. I am excited about the desert because Sara is making it and her parents own a pastry factory in Italy! The Spanish couple is bringing a fish dish and we are making the salad and appetizers. So I have made Foie Gras with onion confetti, a meat and cheese selection and since we need something Canadian, I have made a special salad dressing. It is fantastic and easy and you MUST try it, extra virgin oil, balsamic vinegar and BROWN SUGAR! It is great! Anyways, I will have some great photos to share tomorrow. Have a wonderful day!
