exciting!!!

Well Jade and I saw our first apartment today and we made an application for it! It is a penthouse suite close to the lake and downtown. Currently it is being renovated with a new kitchen, painted walls and floor. There's a kitchen, dinning room, living room with a wood fire place, powder room, master bedroom, two smaller rooms, main bath and the selling point for us was TWO HUGE balconies!! There is a long balcony off of the dinning room and kitchen and a long balcony off of the master bedroom and office. Anyways it is perfect for us so I hope our application is approved
